Heritage Lakes Estates Condominium Assn. Website
Modernized communication with homeowners in the community by posting key information and documents. Prior to launch of website, homeowners in the community would need to wait for an email response to answer basic questions and receive various documents.

New Start Dog Rescue Automation
Saved 100's of manual hours generating a printable application form from a Google Forms response by implementing the GSuite tool called Autocrat. Autocrat allows for workflow automation in the GSuite. Particularly in this instance, used Autocrat to generate a printable document from a Forms response collected in Google Sheets.

Interview Guide
Developed an interview guide process. This process improved hiring efficiency in our interview process for technical candidates. Included a three-phased approach using Microsoft Teams to initially screen, technically screen, then finally interview on-site. Both candidates and internal team members appreciated the transparent process. This enabled the team to more effectively gauge talent in a consistent manner.

New Start Dog Rescue Website
Website I architected to help a local non-profit dog rescue manage their own changes. This saved costly updates by a professional website design firm while still meeting their needs to find volunteers fosters, and adoption candidates. Setup the overall layout and trained the Board on updating design elements to meet the look they desired.

XRM Solution Dependency Checker (XRM Toolbox Plugin)
Lead the design of a plugin in the popular XRM Toolbox community tool supporting Microsoft Power Platform (and legacy "xRM"/CRM). Used in the deployment lifecylce to validate that solution contains all necessary dependencies. Eliminated failed solution deployments due to missing dependencies. Over 30k downloads.
